Join us for a day exploring this stunning circular walk to Rhaeadr Fawr meaning "Big Waterfall" (aka Aber Falls). Aber Falls is a 36m tall waterfall set in the dramatic Carneddau mountains.

We'll meet at the upper Aber Falls car park, before heading across the stream and onto the main path through the valley. The path to the falls is a well-maintained gravel path, with a steady incline. We'll pass the remnants of an Iron Age settlement, the Aber Valley Hut Circle, which was built around a Bronze Age standing stone on our way to the waterfall. Aber falls is a spectacular sight, especially after heavy rainfall, so we'll likely be in for a treat! Once we've gazed our fill, we’ll head towards a second ‘secret’ waterfall not many know about called Rhaeadr Fach or "Little Waterfall".
